Roofing

We perform all types of roof maintenance, from replacing roof tiles to re laying the entire roof or parts of it. Along with the roof maintenance we maintain the gutters and pipework to ensure rain water is channeled effectively and is not left to sit on the roof or in the gutter which is one of the most common causes of damp in buildings (new and old).

Wall maintenance

This covers the care and upkeep of internal and external walls, re-plastering, re-coating paint (in parts or entire walls) re-pointing cement joints, replacing weather damaged bricks or the general making good of internal walls following works.

Decorating

We undertake all types of internal and external decorating from simple repainting/ re-papering of walls through to tiling, plastering and artexing.

Commercial buildings form the largest stock type of our asset management, however we can maintain and look after schools, office blocks, industrial units and some residential properties. We have a wealth of experience with all types of buildings and our dedicated and skilled staff are equipped to deal with any job, large or small.

Planned maintenance

As part of a maintenance contract will would put together a project plan detailing the areas that require maintenance, we tend to work more on a preventative basis rather than reactive...so we identify potential issues before they become real issues

 

 

Estate Maintenance

We can supply a complete estate management service for small retail parks, business parks and industrial estates.

This is comprised of regular health and safety inspections and reading of service meters for our clients. Identification of defects with a report, recommendations and quotation to repair.

Regular maintenance of landscaping, waste removal, estate lighting, drain cleaning, pumping out of interceptors, all aspects of cleaning, supplying of security site accommodation, road marking, road gritting, pest control, painting and decorating. Designing and installing of estate signs and tenant estate boards.

We carry out reactive maintenance for Shopping centres, shops, offices, Retail Parks, Business parks and industrial estates.

Works include projects to install security measures, gates, bollards, barriers and height restrictor barriers. Typical repairs include: repairs to street furniture, roads, paths drains, buildings, roofs, fences, walls and locks. Removal of fly tipping.
